Is it really free to start?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you 2 seats, up to 10 SOPs, AI SOP generation, ask-your-SOPs, tasks, and team chat - with no credit card.
What counts as a seat?+
A seat is a person with an account - you plus each hire you invite. Free includes 2 seats, Starter 5, Team 15, and Business 30. On Business you can add seats beyond 30 for $4 each per month (billed automatically as your team grows); other plans stop at their seat count until you upgrade.
How do the monthly AI allowances work?+
Every plan includes a generous monthly allowance of AI SOP generations and ask-your-SOPs questions (5 generations / 25 questions on Free, up to 200 / 2,000 on Business), plus transcription minutes and AI knowledge-check drafts. Allowances reset at the start of each month, and you can see what's left anytime in Settings. Most teams never hit them.
What happens if I hit my monthly AI limit?+
Nothing breaks. You can upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance, or add a $10 AI Booster (+50 SOP generations, +250 questions, +150 transcription minutes) that stacks on top. And ask-your-SOPs keeps working either way - once you're over the answer allowance it still points your team to the most relevant SOPs.
How does annual billing work?+
Pay yearly and get two months free (about 17% off), shown as the lower monthly price on each plan. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime.
Do I need paperwork and e-signatures?+
Only if you're hiring. Offer letters and legally-binding e-signatures are included from Starter up (5/mo on Starter, 25/mo on Team, unlimited on Business) so you can get an agreement signed before day one. On Free you can still build and share SOPs.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade when you bring someone on, or downgrade if things change - your content stays put, and you manage everything from a self-serve billing portal.
Is my business information secure?+
Every organization's data is isolated at the database level, and hire-facing content is gated by role. Your procedures are only ever visible to the people you choose.
